Hello folks! I am a very proud woman but my heart is breaking everyday I get closer to Christman Knowing my 10 yr old son wont have anything to look forward to Christman Morning! I was working as a manager at a Local Fort Morgan Colorado Business. My boss over me was 24 years old. A few weeks into working my job I walked in on him in a very inapropriate Situation with a male co-worker. My boss was also male. Knowing I should do the right thing and tell my human resources dept, I was in fear of loosing my job so I did not. Anyways 2 1/2 months later as this affair became quite open to all of us at work ,The two of them acted as if They did not care about what we all thought. Finally I had enough it got very uncomfortable for me to tolerate a minute more so I pulled my boss asided and told him this was upseting to me and others and it was against the rules. He stated he would end it over his vacation and promised when He came back it would be over and things would be normal for us all at work. On Friday Nov 13th> I was managing the place on my own with 3 other managers there. 2 were not scheduled shift managers but there working other areas. 1 was off the clock.This was one of my best nights ever, we all worked together well and everyone had a fun night due to a Birthday party. Come Monday Morning I got a text from my 24 yr old boss to come in and talk to him. He was late getting there so I waited helping out the workers. He got there after making me wait a hour and told me he had 3 letters from customers Friday night saying I was rude to them calling my employees names and cussing ..I did nothing of the sort but I listened quietly. I did ask who stated that and he showed me one complaint ...They were all one family all gave their names but no return phone number email address ect... I knew what went on Friday and at this point I knew I was set Up! I was suspended while they investigated. Any way November 23rd I got a call from human resources telling me I was terminated and that they tried contacting family that wrote complaints but when they sent them an email it showed no such address existed. Yet I was fired cause 4 employee's stories matched the complaint mind you 1 was from his lover the other from his roomate and best friend the other two were from 1 woman that hated me and the ladt from a woman who agreed to anything my boss asked of her. None of the 4 were no where near me that evening at all they were in the back of the store far away from me and the others. over 5 employees wrote statements the incident never happened and a customer ..a mother having a Birthday party with over 10 children also came forward to insist the claims were false. I did tell human resources about what my manager had been up to but for some reason the kid still has his job. The one manager that does not like t spread all over our small town rumors about me saying I cussed out our customers Ect so now other business's will not hire me..Because of this I had no Thanks giving and now I will not be able to afford a Christmas for my son. I did turn over the whole incident to Cival Rights and labor board. I have never been so humiliated and depressed.
